The 2024 work sessions were very productive thanks to our many volunteers.

A new floor is being installed in the boxcar shed. Soon it will once again house the handcar and trailers.
As the track crew rides to the end of track on the handcar Norm Acker is evaluating the roofwalk boards that need to be replaced on boxcar 8311.
Bob Revis is dumping ballast on the tracks outside the roundhouse to mitigate the trip hazard of the rails.
Chris Tome is repairing the roundhouse windows, frames and sills.
Repair work and repainting continues on the new roundhouse entrance.
Work continues on track 8 towards the old wooden roundhouse pit and turntable.
Track is being relaid to the east boxcar. In the future track will also be relaid to the west boxcar.
The last of the rail is being unloaded in Como in September.
